Can I get a VAT invoice?
Totally! You can provide your VAT number at checkout. And after making a purchase we will automatically email you a receipt. That email will include a link to generate a more detailed invoice that includes your company information and VAT.
What if I decide it's not for me?
No problem at all! You can return physical items within 30 days of delivery as long as they're in their original condition. Simply email us at support@pipdecks.com and we'll guide you through the return process. See our full return policy for details.
Do you do discounts for non-profits / educational institutions / students?
Yes! Get in touch at sales@pipdecks.com with your credentials (non-profit status or student ID) and we will arrange a discount for you.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries and regions, including the US, Canada, Europe, UK, and Australia.
Will there be custom charges on my order?
We have fulfilment centres in the US, UK or Europe. So if you are ordering within these zones - there is no customs charge. If you're ordering outside of these zones (e.g. Australia) - customs charges may apply, and will be due on delivery.
