Lots of ideas get thrown around during workshops, and quieter participants' perspectives may get lost in the noise.

Help them explore their ideas by asking for clarification:

Great stories spark conversation.

Your story should be about something people love to talk about, invoke emotions, or contain share-worthy wisdom.

These will ensure your audience remembers your words, and more importantly, shares them with others.

Beware of falling into the trap of robotic leadership.

Robot leaders are competent but lack the humility, empathy, and compassion to be true leaders.

‘People problems’ are inevitable, and addressing them with a human touch sets you apart.
