Productivity

The big goals

Are you afraid of big goals? Research shows they lead to better outcomes.

Make sure your hard goal is also specific - these work better than just promising to ‘do your best’.

Negotiation

A kind compliment

Want your compliments to have a bigger impact?

Next time you thank someone, try saying "Thank, you're very kind" instead of "Thank you, that's very kind".

Making it about the person and not the action is an easy way to make the person feel more appreciated.
