As the author of F*ck Being Humble points out, we all have a severe FOSS - Fear of Sounding Stupid. Which is why we choose the same words for our resumes, like hardworking or trustworthy.
But what we should have instead is FOBG - Fear of Being Generic.
To stand out, come up with five truly unique words to describe yourself. You can ask your friends and coworkers for help.

We love to see a character going through change.
If you want to inspire people, paint the picture of how it will change them for the better.

We often forget that working with our brains is hard - just as hard as a physical workout.
But just like in the case of a run or a session at the gym, our mental muscles get better with time.
Next time you feel overwhelmed by a task, remind yourself that it won’t always feel this way - and could become second nature in a few months.
