Branding

A delightful surprise

Our brains register the unexpected much more than the expected.

A hotel with great bedding and a tasty breakfast is great, but also pretty standard.

But what about if you get welcomed with a pouring of special green tea or a serving of cookies?

Could you surprise your customers with something - and make them remember you more?

Productivity

Survive vs thrive

Going through a rough time but still want to get things done?

To avoid getting overwhelmed by your to-do list, split it into two sections: Survive and Thrive.

If you’re having a low-energy day, only do the absolutely essential tasks from the Survive section.

But if you want to get more done, reach for the extras from the Thrive list.

Leadership

Great vs good

Getting things done is about sacrifice.

And getting hung up on details can stop the important things from happening.

Choose what you want to be perfect and what you want to be good.
