Workshop
Get to the bottom of it
A problem can have many roots, which aren't always obvious.
Uncover the underlying issues with your project by asking “Why?” up to five times.
This will allow you to get to the real problem so you don’t waste time overcoming superficial hurdles.
Workshop
Evaluate and you shall persevere
Put your ideas, designs and projects to the test by assessing them against three criteria:
1. Positive aspects
2. Negative aspects
3. Potential opportunities
This approach will uncover what’s working, what isn’t and how best to improve it.
Workshop
Stay focused
Workshops are great for group brainstorming and questions, but losing focus is easy.
If the discussion gets sidetracked, try saving irrelevant questions and topics for the end to maintain focus on the most important matters and avoid unproductive conversations.
