    • Once approved - the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 10 working days.

  2. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • First, double check your bank account. Refunds typically arrive within 10 working days.
    • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  3. Exchanges:

    • We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
    • If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, email us at support@pipdecks.com.

Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

    • You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. The right to a refund depends on when the cancellation is made.

  2. Cooling-Off Period:

    • You are entitled to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the start of the contract and receive a full refund provided any physical products received are returned unopened and in new condition.

  3. Procedure for Subscription Cancellation and Refunds During the Cooling-Off Period:

    • To cancel your subscription during the cooling-off period, contact our customer service team at support@pipdecks.com with your subscription details.
    • You must return any received physical products unopened and in their original condition at your own expense.

  4. Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period:

    • If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, you can keep using the products and services until the end of the current subscription period. At the end of the subscription period, the subscription will not renew and you will lose access to the app.

    • For monthly plans, if you cancel within the first year of the subscription, we won't collect payments for the rest of the 12 month period if you return all physical products.

    • For annual plans, if you cancel within the first year of the subscription, you can get a refund for the rest of the year if you return all physical products unopened and in new condition.

    • All membership plans will auto-renew at the end of the term. You will be sent an email before renewal.
